Warranty Information

HOME-RAIL COMPOSITE DECK LIMITED WARRANTY

Purchaser:
The manufacturer warrants that under conditions of normal use its "Home-Rail Composite Decking" will be free from defects in the structure for 25 years.

25 YEAR WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not cover damage due to normal weathering, chalking, scratching, fading, corrosive atmosphere contaminants(i.e Chemical fumes, pollution, acid rain) volcanic ash, lightening, windstorms, tornadoes or any other act of god, explosions, riots, war, misuse or abuse, or other causes beyond the control of the company.

This warranty does not include any screws or any other fasteners used in the installation of the Composite Decking.

The company will not be required to honor this warranty if any deck board or component has been modified, altered or changed in any manner at time of installation or there after, or from any damage or claim resulting from movement or any change to structure on which the products are installed.

The company will not be required to honor this warranty without being given a responsible opportunity to have its' representative investigate any claim made. If after investigating the claim, the company determines the claim is valid, the companies' sole liability and the owners' only remedy shall be as follows:

The company may choose to either repair or replace any of the composite decking which is deemed defective by the company. The cost of materials to repair or replace the composite decking only are warranted, any other incidental costs are excluded specifically.

All claims of alleged defects must be submitted in writing within 14 days of discovery thereof addressed to the company at #9, 820 – 28 Street NE, Calgary, AB T2A 6K1, and must include a copy of this document and original.

This limited warranty states the entire liability of the company. Any implied warranty of fitness for a particular use is specifically excluded and disclaimed by the company.

Under no circumstances will the company be responsible or liable for loss use of the said Composite Decking or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of negligence, breach of this limited warranty or any implied warranty, and such are specifically excluded from this warranty.
